Please label all of your dog's belongings with your name and your dog's name.

This helps us keep everything organized and ensures all items go home with the correct family.

To help keep all of our guests healthy and safe, we require the following vaccinations before your dog's stay:

Required Vaccinations

🐾 Rabies

• Required for all dogs in accordance with state law.

🐾 DHPP (Distemper Combination Vaccine)

• Protects against Distemper, Hepatitis (Adenovirus), Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus.

🐾 Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

• Required to help reduce the spread of kennel cough in a boarding environment.

We Also Ask That Your Dog:

✔ Be free of fleas and ticks upon arrival.

✔ Be in good overall health and free of contagious illnesses.

✔ Be current on parasite prevention (recommended).

✔ Have a current veterinarian.

Recommended (but not required)

• Canine Influenza Vaccine

• Leptospirosis Vaccine

These are recommended by many veterinarians but are not currently required at Red Paw Resort.

We're happy to administer medications during your dog's stay at no additional charge.

To ensure your pet's safety, please:

Fresh water is available to every guest throughout their stay.

Dogs from the same family are welcome to stay together whenever it's safe and appropriate.

If your dogs are comfortable sharing space at home, we'll do our best to accommodate them in the same kennel. Keeping familiar companions together can help reduce stress and make their stay more enjoyable.

If we feel it would be safer or more comfortable for your dogs to have separate accommodations, we'll discuss the best option with you before their stay.

Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like your dogs to stay together.

Our priority is providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest. 🐾

Owners are required to provide a current veterinarian's name and phone number, along with at least one emergency contact, prior to their dog's stay.

Your dog's health and safety are our highest priorities.

If your dog becomes ill, injured, or experiences a medical emergency during their stay, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you or your emergency contact immediately.

If immediate veterinary care is necessary and we are unable to reach you, Red Paw Resort reserves the right to seek treatment from your designated veterinarian or the nearest available veterinary clinic to ensure your dog receives prompt medical attention.

Any veterinary expenses incurred during your dog's stay are the responsibility of the owner.

By boarding your dog with Red Paw Resort, you authorize us to obtain emergency veterinary care if it is deemed necessary for your dog's health and well-being.

Any returned checks or declined electronic payments must be resolved before future reservations can be accepted.

🐾 Reservation & Cancellation Policy

A $35 booking deposit is required to reserve your dog's stay and will be applied toward your final balance.

• Cancel 48 hours or more before your scheduled arrival for a full refund of your deposit.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival are non-refundable.

• Need to reschedule? Just let us know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your new dates.

• We understand that emergencies happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

At Red Paw Resort, we intentionally care for a limited number of dogs so every guest receives the time, attention, and personalized care they deserve. We believe every dog is unique, and we take the time to learn their routine, personality, and individual needs.
